I am using an old link, but I have never activated the app. I'll register with another email to get the latest link and see if that resolves the issue.

Hello, I am running Windows Server 2008 and am getting the problem described by OP. I've done as suggested and "run as administrator" but the error message still shows up. Do you have any other suggestions? Todd

ExecuteCommandException after NavigateTo() method
